Since its founding, we’ve created an award-winning podcast has helped listeners of all ages explore the past, understand the present, and shape the future in a way that centers young people.

Each summer, a dynamic team of young minds aged 15-21 converge to shape a fresh UnTextbooked season. Hailing from diverse corners of the nation, our producers find a unique space that allows their interests to guide their experience. We proudly provide a haven of resources, interactive workshops, collaborative spaces and immersive experiences to nurture our producers’ blossoming appreciation for history's impact on the world.

The UnTextbooked Summer Summit

Since 2023, we have launched our summers by gathering all our producers for an invigorating in-person retreat, igniting the collaborative spirit that fuels UnTextbooked's vibrant content.
